Hanszen Laporte Negotiates Favorable Settlement

Hanszen Laporte attorneys Kent Hanszen and Forrest Cohrs negotiated a favorable settlement on behalf of a Hanszen Laporte client this week. The client, who had jointly owned a property with another individual, discovered the other owner had forged the client’s signature, sold the property, and pocketed the proceeds. Hanszen Laporte challenged the validity of the sale, and thereafter obtained a settlement whereby the client’s interest was purchased at a favorable price.
