Anthony Laporte is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Mr. Laporte has a trial record of which any lawyer would be proud and from which any client can take confidence. He has won a $2.1 million judgment for one of his clients, he has won a $700,000+ judgment against a NYSE company, he settled a case in his client's favor for more than $1 million after one day of trial, and he has successfully defended a $7 million suit to a defense verdict. And for every trial success there has been not fewer than ten settlements of cases prior to trial, including a $5+ million settlement in a toxic tort case.

Anthony is a graduate of the University of Houston Law Center and Manhattan College. Prior to attending law school, Anthony worked as a senior tax consultant for the global accounting firms of Deloitte Haskins & Sells (now Deloitte & Touche) and Price Waterhouse (now Price Waterhouse Coopers).

From representing one of the world's largest bottling companies (Coca-Cola Enterprises) to representing a local copier salesman, Anthony has won their cases before juries in Texas courts. From negotiating settlements on behalf of one of the world's largest hospitality companies (Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide) to working out a distrbution agreement for a local container shipper, Anthony has resolved their problems. From defending the nation's largest health club chain (Bally Total Fitness) to prosecuting an employee's wrongful termination claim, Anthony has obtained favorable jury verdicts. Although a native of Rye, New York, Anthony has lived in Texas for the past 13+ years. He and his daughter Jolie live in West University where Anthony is active in the coaching and administration of little league and football.
