Stephen Buttram brings brings a broad prospective to litigation and real estate law, having worked for firms in Fort Worth, Dallas and Houston as well as having developed his own practice. He has specialized in litigation and real estate law, including, business disputes, title matters, insurance coverage matters, contract claims, legal malpractice, personal injury and medical malpractice.

Stephen earned his law degree from The University of Houston Law Center and a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from The University of Texas. He is licensed to practice in all Texas State courts as well as the Federal Court of the Southern District of Texas. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Houston and and American Bar Associations.

Prior to entering law school, Stephen utilized his business education to to establish mortgage, real estate and insurance companies. Stephen is a licensed Mortgage Broker, Real Estate Broker, Escrow Officer and Insurance Agent. He is also a member of the Texas Real Estate Commission, Houston Association of Realtors and Fort Worth Association of Realtors. Stephen is married to Ansley and they have four children - Carter, Oliver, Barney and Mary.
