David Anderson began litigating civil cases as a solo practitioner immediately upon graduating from law school. His practice focus has always been litigation, and most of his work has been in the courtroom. David has prosecuted and defended legal matters at every level, from municipal court to Federal District Court. A strong belief in strategic planning and intensive preparation has translated into continued courtroom success for David's clients.

David earned his law degree from South Texas College of Law, and Bachelors degrees in Philosophy and Political Science from the University of Saint Thomas. He is a life member of the Phi Delta Phi legal fraternity, and a recipient of the American Jurisprudence award for outstanding legal scholarship. He is licensed to practice in all Texas State courts and the Federal Courts of the Southern District of Texas.

Davis was born in Bryan, Texas, and has lived in Houston since the age of three. As a life-long resident of Houston, David has witnessed the enormous growth and incredible changes that Houston has undergone over the last three decades. David has deep ties to Houston's business and medical communities, having assisted in managing his family's home health care business prior to entering law school. David is married to Erika and they have two sons, Alexander and Ian.
