Zachary Smith’s practice areas include business litigation, contract and property disputes, fiduciary litigation, and bank-related matters. He is a member of the Southwest Association of Bank Counsel (SWABC) and the Houston Young Lawyers Association.
Zachary has successfully represented clients in state and federal district courts throughout Texas, before the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and in numerous Texas appellate courts. He is well versed in Texas consumer lending laws, including the strict requirements governing home equity loans and reverse mortgages.
