Zachary Smith's practice areas include business litigation, contract and proepty disputes, fiduciary litigation, and bank-related matters. He is a meber of the Southwest Association of Bank Counsel (SWABC) and Houston Young Lawyers Assocaition.
Zachary has successfully represented clients in both state district courts and federal district courts throughout the state of Texas and has successfully represented clients in front of the Fifth Circuit and numerous Texas state appellate courts. Mr. Smith is well-versed in Texas consumer-lending laws, including the strict requirements for home equity loans and reverse mortagages.
