Susan Strickland’s deep knowledge of title insurance allows her to bring precision and insight to real estate transactions and document preparation for the firm’s clients. Her practice includes advising clients in litigation involving claims under policies issued by title insurance underwriters.

Susan brings more than 40 years of real estate experience to her legal practice and has worked in nearly every area of title insurance, including closing, title examination, underwriting, agency, national business, operations, and management. Her background in theater also gives her a keen eye for detail and an ability to adapt quickly.
