Born and raised in Wichita, Kansas, Forrest began his practice in Tulsa, Oklahoma, before joining Hanszen Laporte in 2019.
Forrest is a commercial litigator whose practice focuses on real estate, business, and construction disputes. His trial and arbitration experience encompasses a broad range of matters, including breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, quiet title, trespass, forgery, fraud, and lien foreclosure. Forrest represents a diverse clientele, including individual property owners, builders, insurers, and business owners.
