Born and raised in Wichita, Kansas, Forrest began his practice in Tulsa, Oklahoma before joining Hanszen Laporte in 2019.
Forrest is a commercial litigator with a practice focused on real estate, business, and construction disputes. His trial and arbitration experience includes a broad range of disputes, including breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duties, quiet title, trespass, forgery, fraud, and lien foreclosure. Forrest represents a diverse clientele, ranging from individual property owners, builders, insurers, and business owners.
