D. Brent WellsOf Counsel

Brent is a former Calculus teacher (he worked for his wife Carole) who has practiced as a Commercial Litigation attorney in Texas for some 45 years. His advocacy has emphasized Creditors' Rights and Collections, as well as defense of Consumer claims. He is a problem-solver with a resolurion priority that often leaves his debtor and consumer opponents liking or at least respecting him. Because of his bankruptcy expertise, Brent has frequently defended preference litigation. Brent has been a mediator since mediation became statutory in Texas, and an arbitrator (for both AAA and the National Arbitration Forum) for more than thirty years.
